Legal Costs
McAuliffe Legal charge on an hourly rate. Our fees are based upon the rates prescribed by the Legal Costs Committee for contentious business in the Supreme Court. Full details are contained in our letter of engagement.
Fixed fees are payable for:
- Simple Wills
- Solicitor guarantee certificates and advice
- Common form documents such as leases, loan agreements, mortgages and trust documents
- Short consultations are available for simple matters at fixed fees (see below)
In some cases we will agree to deferment of fees until your matter is finalised. Please discuss this option with your solicitor. Conditions apply.
