For over 35 years Peter May McAuliffe Legal has been involved in a wide range of conveyancing and property transactions including transfers of property, transfers of interest in property, preparation of mortgages and discharges of mortgage, registration of caveats, registration of leases, preparation and registration of restrictive covenants and memorials on title, transmission applications together with all related applications including changes of name, address, applications for lost Duplicate Certificates of Title and other statutory procedures.

Peter May McAuliffe Legal’s experience in conveyancing and property transactions also includes those matters were property interests become the subject of Court proceedings.  This includes the management of disputes over the control or sale of properties, disputed interests in properties, adverse possession claims, constructive trusts, disputes between co-owners of properties and orders for sale and partition. Peter May McAuliffe Legal is able to attend to all aspects of the litigation and subsequently to all documentation relating to transfers of alterations to interests on the title.

Due Diligence

Peter May McAuliffe Legal can assist you to undertake planning and environmental legal due diligence required for the purchase of property, including:

  • providing advice on the existing and future planning framework applicable to the land;
  • providing advice on environmental  constraints that may be affecting the land; and
  • examining the capacity for the land to be further developed or used in the manner proposed.
